HOROLOGY FORUM 2024
Vanguart, founded by former APRP alumni in 2017, develops and creates highly complicated watches that introduce new technical and experiential ways to engage with Time. Their first creation, the Blackhole Tourbillon introduced in 2020, is unlike anything in the industry that has been seen or experienced before.
The form language of the Blackhole Tourbillon approaches the landscape of futurism while evoking a sense of wonder and possibility. The sweeping lines of the case flow seamlessly, complex geometries are conveyed with grace and fluidity: every detail has been considered.
The central flying tourbillon of the Blackhole appears to be levitating above its animated dial. When setting the watch, the beautiful ingenuity of Vanguart is on full display. A patented mechanical joystick replaces a traditional crown, allowing to manipulate the time, forward or backward, with the slightest pressure and with precise control.
Vanguart’s mindset is woven throughout the brand’s current and future blueprint - technologically advanced, highly engaging, showcasing user interface, designed with beauty and entirely hand-decorated.
