This Cookie Policy is effective from November 2022.

What are Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Cookies: Cookies are small text files which a website may put on your computer or mobile device when you visit a site or page. The other tracking technologies work similarly to cookies and place small data files on your devices or monitor your Website activity to enable us to collect information about how you use our Website. This allows our Website to recognize your device from those of other users of the Website. Seddiqi may use this data to analyse trends and statistics and to help us provide better customer service.

Persistent Cookies: Persistent cookies are more permanent bits of information that are placed on the hard drive of your computer and stay there unless you delete the cookie. Persistent cookies store information on your computer for a number of purposes, such as retrieving certain information you have previously provided (e.g., Login ID), helping to determine what areas of the website visitors find most valuable, and customizing the website based on your preferences on an ongoing basis.

Session Cookies: Session cookies are temporary bits of information that are erased once you exit your web browser window or otherwise turn your computer off. Session cookies are used, for example, to improve navigation on our Website, block visitors from providing information where inappropriate (e.g., the Website may remember previous entries of age that are outside the permitted parameters and block subsequent changes) and to collect aggregated statistical information

Flash Cookies: Certain features of our Website may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from and on our Website. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.

Web Beacons: Pages of the Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related Website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Website content and verifying system and server integrity).

How do our Website use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Seddiqi uses cookies and Other Tracking Technologies across its Websites to improve performance and enhance your user experience. The information that is tracked by such a cookie is used only for internal purposes, such as to improve Website navigation and to measure the effectiveness of our promotional placements. For example, we keep track of the domains from which people visit and we also measure visitor activity on the Website, but in a manner that would keep the information anonymous.
