H.E. Hala Badri

Hala Badri has been the Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority since 2019 pursuant to a royal decree from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. She has a wide range of experience, knowledge and administrative ability in several sectors, which qualifies her to carry out the responsibilities of this position efficiently and with distinction to achieve the Authority's strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Dubai Culture, Badri was a senior advisor on strategic communications for ADNOC and the Executive Vice President of Brand and Communications at the UAE’s second telecommunications company, Du.
